Tufão 1.2 released

I released Tufão 1.2 version today.

Grab it from https://github.com/vinipsmaker/tufao . Online documentation already was updated to reflect the new version.

ChangeLog

• New experimental class to handle REST api introduced (thanks to Timothy Reaves)

  The class has its own plugin system, partly incompatible with Tufão's default

• Tufão's plugin system improved to better track files deletion.

  It requires no code changes, but you still need to do a one-line change to the config file, because I was worried about backwards compatibility.

  See HttpPluginServer::setConfig for details

• There was a bugfix also.

Other

I changed the Tufão github page site's layout too.

Now I want to merge Benjamin Zeller's branch and I already separated 1.x branch from 2.x branch. From now on, master branch will refer to the future 2.0 release and 1.x will refer to the 1.x series. Features I'm planning to version 2.0 include changes to allow FastCGI (and HTTP/2.0) and allow better multithreading by default (most of the work already started by Benjamin Zeller). I also want to investigate the possibility of greater code sharing between the two Tufão plugin systems (REST vs JSON-config file) and maybe they won't be available on version 2.0 (but will be restored in 2.1 or later).
