Tufão 1.0.1 with bugfixes and unitting test

I, in the name of the Monty Python's Black Kinght, invoke the sacred barrier to protect us against the evil bugs from now on. The Tufão 1.0.1 was released and a new-and-fresh unit testing system was introduced.

A lot of classes are being tested and some bugs related to IByteArray, SessionSettings and Headers were fixed.

Functionality depending on an event loop (HttpServerRequest and family) are not being tested, but I'll introduce complex tests able to handle this task also (version 1.0.2 maybe).

I'll port the testing system to Tufão 0.x too.
