Hi guys,
thanks to user tpatja a new Tufão bug was discovered regarding to url parssing feature. Actions already were taken (fix merged, tests coverage incremented, new version tagged, ...).
I decided to stop being a maintainer so lazy and made other changes too:
Next step to stop being so lazy is to spent more time reviewing current Tufão pull requests and patches/features discussions.

- Updated the version of the internal http parser to version 2.2
- Added a config option to completely disable exceptions (see README.md on the 0.x branch for more info)
- Some small updates on documentation
