Tufão 1.0 release is near

Hi everyone,

I finished a lot of the changes I wanted to make for the 1.0 release. This will be the first release that will depend on Qt5 and C++11.

The only major blocking missing/remaining change is multithread-related. If anyone wish to see how the next Tufão version will looks like, here is a list of changes:

Note that before the real release, I may break the API and I strongly unrecommend that you develop anything serious with this WIP version.
