Niles location; proposal for June 7

My Google Maps goes weird when I click the link to Kristina's May 24 walk.  I think the (familiar) staging area she means is off Old Canyon Road off Niles Canyon Road off Mission Blvd in Niles.  I no longer trust Google Maps, but I have Google Earth coordinates of:

37.5787,-121.9680.

 

If you can't get to Niles for this walk (join the club -- I've had an unusual spring), I'm proposing to lead a walk on June 7, Election Day, at California Nursery Historic Park in Niles.

Mike thanks for taking on another hike for us ... I have

added to calendar ... do check if the mapping is correct.

I know what you mean with Google maps (ever changing

and upgrading to the point where .. oh yeah you know) but

IF you scroll down on that dang map .. you get to the Red/Yelo

Star which id-s Niles Canyon Alameda Trail where we will be

meeting ... hope we see the Wood duck babies ...  

thanks for pointing this out ... I do need to find out how

exactly I can do the GPS coordinates so that our map 

truly shows where we are gonna be ...  hope to c u soon
