Job Description of the Employee (Sr. Manager- Operations) -
Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience , preferably in sales and information technology.
Candidates will be responsible for top and bottom line growth of the company for a line of business.
He should provide weekly reports to company directors on progress , provide recommendations and point of views on daily ops.
Candidates should have excellent communication skills and should be able to connect with Sr management on the client side.
Ideal candidates should be able to guide the IT team, call center team, Sales team , Content Management team and provide day to day input for business growth.
