Apartment available in Ulmenweg, Tübingen

Hi all,

 Since I will be moving out of Tübingen soon, my present apartment is available for renting from the middle of August, with flexible move-in date.

 The apartment is conveniently located at Ulmenweg 4, which is 10-15 minutes walk from Max Planck Institute. There is a bus stop right in front of the apartment where buses 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 stop.

  The apartment is fully-furnished and consists of a large living cum bedroom, a large kitchen with stove/oven/washing machine, a large balcony, single bathroom cum toilet, a small entrance area and a small storage room. Bathroom will be renovated by around the middle of August and so that move-in date is flexible and can be negotiated with the owner.

  The rent is 640 euros per month which includes water and heating but excludes electricity and internet.
