accommodation for MSc student

Hi,

I get an offer to study MSc in Tubingen from winter sem 2016. I am in a process of Visa application. I am worried about the accommodation at there. What is the procedure? Should I wait till the Visa outcome or apply beforehand? What may be the avere rent per month?

Would you pls suggest?
