Movable Quick-Add Window

Hello all,

It would be handy if one could move the Quick Add task window. I skim
emails while this window is up and mark tasks down this way. I have
to navigate the screen behind the window to see things now. I'd
rather drag the window to a corner and away from what I am reviewing.

That's sounds good - the more that I use the quick add feature as a
way to "collect" my tasks from email, the more I get annoyed at having
to move my email program around behind the fixed Tudumo window. Boy,
addressing that would really make this feature sing. Put the quick
add in the corner and read emails unrestricted-ly.
