Firstly, the import. No "official" method. You can drag and drop in,
cut and paste in, use the quick-add. There is also a solution that
Andrew put together that relies on an external tool which is said to
do a great job. I've put it on the website but haven't linked to
it...until now:

The lack of a collapse feature is likely a side effect of a slightly
counter-intuitive interface with not enough explanation - video coming
when I have time!
With Tudumo, you don't collapse individual headings - they are one of
a number of grouping mechanisms. You can "filter" out all but the one
you're focused on, which acts to hide the items you are not currently
busy with. If you have many actions, consider grouping related
actions using tags, which will offer another method of selection and
hiding.
I'd suggest you play with the tags and see if they start making sense.
Feel free to mail me (or the group) if they don't.

The main reason why it's double-click to edit is because it mirrors
the actions, which I suspect you want the edit to be the main action
for and because you have more actions than headings, it takes
precedence. But no reason why this can't be configurable.
Matt:
The expand-contract of the headings is a tricky one. I'm open to
discussion (always) but I feel changing that to mirror Explorer would
add significant fiddling to the filter concept. The filters work
independently so adding a layer of which headings must be expanded and
which not would slow down navigation some.
Anyway, that's IMHO and I certainly don't have all the answers. I
would suggest you try get a good feel for the tags and then see if you
still feel that way. I know at least one user who did (does) want
that feature so maybe it'll come up again.
Cheers,
Richard
