move meeting to feb. 1?

This isn't a necessity, but a few things have recently come up:
- I'm going up to Phoenix next Tue unexpectedly, so I can't be there
- Jared, one of our demo-ers, also has to be out of town

I have a lot of good info I want to share on the Lean Startup Machine
that Aaron Eden and I went to. Aaron can certainly handle this on his
own, but our experiences were different so lots to share. It also
means I can't demo until next meeting - yes, an actual demo!

I'll leave it up to everyone if we want to move it one week or keep
it. I'm fine either way.
