Hi all,

A friend works for a county (which shall remain unidentified) related
entity and her unit is a big user of Twitter and Facebook for
marketing purposes. They've even been asked to go to private
businesses and do presentations on how they market using social media.

Recently, the lawyers showed up and said that they would have to find
a way to produce hard copy of ALL social media transactions (both
posts and comments or replies) for a period of 3 years from the time
of the original post.

I'm looking into Facebook's new backup function to see if it will do
what is being requested, but I'm not aware of anything for Twitter.

Anyone know of a way to capture all posts and reply, retweets related
to an individual account on Twitter? If, there's nothing out there, do
you know someone who could write something like that?

Thanks,

Nora
