I got to attend a TDD workshop in Pleasanton, CA last week and my travel arrangements were such that I could attend a Meetup that was hosted at workshop locale called
"The Whiteboard Way to Team Success" with Dennis Britton:

Dennis Britton covered some great approaches that really boil down to "Innovation Games" or maybe "gamestorming".  He covered a number of books [1] that use visual meeting approaches (the awesome communication and teaching power that Scott McCloud alludes to in "Understanding Comics" [2]) and one of the books about about making business model generation easy:

I know I haven't made a meeting for Startup Drinks in a long, long, long time ... but I thought this might be a book of serious interest (or everyone already knows about it and I'm just showing how far behind I am...)
