ios program enrollment time?

Just looking for some information about the 'company enrollment'
process. We have been waiting for weeks now for access to the program as
our company. Things seem to have stalled. I have seen this answer to a
Quora question where someone said it took them an hour:

We've received a call from an apple rep who had some questions on our
paperwork. We then got an email from them which we then confirmed had
the correct information. Then, nothing for weeks. We've been unable to
contact anyone at apple about this, and we're really unsure *how* to
contact anyone.

Any guidance is appreciated!

tapsquare had a similar experience—After a few weeks of silence, suddenly I got a phone call out of the blue and we were set. It was a very frustrating and opaque process that took something like six weeks total.

Wow, that's not encouraging. We were thinking about restarting the process somehow, since we've been waiting for a while. I guess we might be better off just waiting longer?
