Don't miss any upcoming get-togethers- we've got 'em all here!

We are off to an AH-MAZING start, Tucker Family! When we show up, we SHOW. UP.

Last week, we kicked off our first DEIB meeting. The vibes were high and the ideas were pure fire. Thank you, Team Tucker, for coming out and committing to a great year ahead!

And a big shout out to all of you who made it to the Open House this week. The hallways were lined with friendly faces and free books. (We hope you picked up one or two for your kiddo!) Our teachers and staff are pumped to start this school year with all your awesome energy!

Tucker is turning 100, and we're not letting Tucker's centennial pass by without a major bash.

Following a fun-filled spirit week, we're hosting the party of the century.

We’re throwing a Block Party to celebrate the massive milestone of a birthday. It’s going down October 18th at 6:30 and will be free to the Tucker Community. We’re talkin’ games, food trucks, music... it's going to be lit (as the youth say.)

More details to come as we mark this milestone in style- you will not want to miss this!

It's an exciting time to be a Tucker 5th grader. This is their final year on Team Tucker, and we've got a committee hard at work to make it one they'll remember.

Our first planning meeting is this week, Thursday September 26th @ 7 pm in the Tucker Library. Check out this flyer to learn a little more about what makes this year so special.

Want to be involved but can't attend the

meeting? Don't you worry, we've got jobs for everybody! Email amcla...@gmail.com for details.

Mark those calendars- you're invited to our upcoming open PTO meeting!

Join us to learn more about the vital role the PTO plays in supporting our school community.

It's a great opportunity to meet other parents, ask questions, and share your thoughts on how we can work together to make our community even better.

We'll get started at 7:00 pm on October 8th in the Tucker Library. Babysitting will be provided so bring the kiddos along too.

Little known fact: Being a Room Parent is the coolest volunteer job. Why? Because you get the scoop on what's going on in class while your kid inevitably tells you nothing around the dinner table.

Joking aside, this is a great opportunity to help to build the Tucker Community from the classroom on up. We're specifically looking for 5th grade, 2nd grade Mme Frossard and PreK AM room parents. If that sounds like you, then hop on over to the sign-up form and volunteer.

Join us for a fun-filled Pop-Up Picnic hosted by the Glover PTO DEIB Committee!

Bring your family, friends, and a blanket for an afternoon of community, connection, and outdoor fun. Here are the deets:

🍽️ What: Pop-Up Picnic with games and snacks

📅 When: September 28th, 3:00-6:00

📍 Where: Kelly Field

🍕 Bring: A little something tasty to share

Open to everyone, this is a great chance to meet new people, enjoy some sunshine, and strengthen our school community across town.

It's shaping up to be a gorgeous fall weekend, and we can’t wait to see you there!
