Using Tubaloo outside home country

When I travel overseas can I still use Tubaloo, just as I would when
I'm in my home country, [with out changing any settings, is the
Tubaloo number tied to my home country?

Yes, you can still use Tubaloo overseas, using Tubaloo over WiFi
hotspots.
Your Tubaloo number doesn't change if you are traveling, so you can
be
reached by other Tubaloo users as always.

Your Tubaloo Number is global and can be used anytime/anywhere you
have Internet connectivity.

Another option: you can redirect your Tubaloo Number to any real
public phone number by configuring Call Services / VoiceFlo on the
website at http://www.tubaloo.com/. For this you will need a positive
balance, but all new accounts get $1 to try out the service.
