does tubaloo work with WiFi only connection

Can I use Tubaloo using only a wifi connection- no celluar signal at
all?

Yes, you can use the Tubaloo application with WiFi only. This
includes WiFi with cell signal, WiFi in Airplane mode (assuming you
have a later version of Android that allows for WiFi while in this
mode), and you can even use it with WiFi without the SIM card in the
phone at all.

You can also use the application with 3G or 4G from your mobile
operator.
