Before I put credit on the account to make calls, I want to see if
this actually works on my android phone.

I have a tubaloo phone number that starts with 01.688.441.xxxx

This looks like a US telephone number. Is it? I tried to call this
US number using +1 (688) 441-xxxx from two different phones and it
does not connect. And yes, tubaloo is installed and logged in on my
android. Am I missing something?

Thanks,

Doug

Hi Doug,

Your Tubaloo number is not an actual phone number from the public network.  It can be reached from the public network, however, but this requires first dialing a Tubaloo CloudPort number first to access the platform, then dialing the Tubaloo number 01.688.4XX.XXXX.

We will soon be adding Virtual Numbers from over 100 cities in 30 countries that will be reachable from the public network by calling directly to the number.

Both Virtual Numbers and the Tubaloo number can be programmed to route an incoming call by doing so in the Call Services / VoiceFlo section of the website.

Please also make sure you have the Android application properly configured by checking Menu / Preferences from the dialpad screen.

Regards,
Support
