I signed up, I got Tubaloo to work on my Droid, and it did, great. But
I discontinued the service because your documentation is almost
incomprehensible.

For example, I want to sign up again now, I can't remember how I did
it before, and I can't make sense of you directions.

I used to design and build computers, I can do simple programming, but
I can't figure out your site.

There may be others having trouble as well.

It's a shame to see a good app and the only one to really use wireless
connection on 'Droid die because no one can figure out how to sign up
and pay.

Do you need investor(s)?

Hi, thanks for the note and your appreciation. We are working hard to
fix, improve and make the app easier to use.

I am sorry you found our documentation so insufficient. I personally
put some significant time and thought into it to make it as simple as
possible, not to mention what the entire team has done in this respect
regarding the app itself.

Unfortunately here in this forum we can't really help you much further
with these generalities. We would be happy to work through it with
you if you could send a quick email to sup...@tubaloo.com detailing
more specifically where you are having problems.
