problems with calls

Hi,
It's the second time that it happens to me. I make a call, the other
person hung up, neither he and me herar anything, when I watch the
phone screen there is the last calls, so I think that the conection
was wrong, but if I see the history in the web, I have a call (charged
of course) with the duration since the other person hung up and down,
30s. For example. The first time I try 3 times to conect, at the third
ther was a correct conection.
The 2 days was a diferect number (celular phone one time, standard
phone the other), both was with wifi (but diferent wifi both times).

I am not able to understand your problem. I can see from what you say
is that, when the other person hangs up there is no voice.Naturally
there will be no voice.
Assume caller and callee. Caller A calls Callee B and B hangs up
before the call was picked A must get a "User unavailable please leave
message".So in that case even if B had picked the call for 1 sec the
call will be charged for a minimum of 30 secs and from then a
intervals of 6 secs.

I dont know whether i have got your prob correct, correct me if i am
wrong

No, let me explain it again:
I call B
B hung up, say yes? But he don't hear anyting
Me (A) don't hear anything, and when i watch the screen, I think I'm
not calling, cause in the screen what í see is the last calls menu.

Well, the matter is that if B don't hung down till 43s for example, I
receive a charge of 43s, but i don't talk any second.
Í imagine that if B don't hung down till one hour, imagine...
