I wanted to pass the word along that I have an opening with a Fee-only firm in Austin, TX.

 

·         Minimum qualifications = candidate for CFP® Certification (you have passed the exam but may not have three years of experience yet)

·         ~50 million AUM, 100 client families

·         ~30% growth rate for last few years

·         Associate Advisor will take over as primary relationship manager for ~20 client families within 6 months of joining firm

·         Salary plus incentive bonus compensation structure
