Dear Program Directors/Fee-Only Planners/Friends and Colleagues,

I am pleased to announce that NAPFA (National Association of Personal
Financial Advisors) in collaboration with New Planner Recruiting, LLC
is hosting its first ever Career Day program at its upcoming National
conference May 18 - May 21, 2010.  This is a terrific opportunity for
your students to gain exposure and potentially interview for internships and
full time positions with NAPFA fee-only member firms who will be
attending.

Here's how it works:

1. Students and interested interviewees must return resume by Monday
April 12th, 2010. Resumes received after this date will not be
considered.

2. New Planner Recruiting, LLC will post the resumes on the NAPFA
website for firms to review by Friday April 16th, 2010.

3. The interviewing firms who will be attending the conference will
tell New Planner Recruiting, LLC by Friday April 30th, 2010 who they
would like to interview and New Planner Recruiting, LLC will schedule
it for them.

4. New Planner Recruiting, LLC will then provide a schedule to the
firm and the student.

5. The student and NAPFA member firm will be informed no later than Friday May 7th, 2010
of the interviewing order.

Important notes:

•       There is no cost to interview! However, if a student wants to attend
the conference, NAPFA has set the student rate cost at $250 per day.

•       For this event, New Planner Recruiting, LLC does not match resumes
with participating firms - what we provide is simply a centralized
location with interview rooms for students/career changers to meet/
interview with NAPFA members while at the conference.

•       This event is open to anyone who would like to participate:
students, career changers, seeking internships, seeking full time
permanent positions, etc.

•       New Planner Recruiting, LLC will do everything it can to accommodate
as many interviews as possible.

•       Students should send resumes to cbr...@newplannerrecruiting.com and
specify in the subject line "NAPFA National Career Day" to have their
resume posted for NAPFA member firms attending the conference to
review.

•       Students are not guaranteed an interview by just submitting their
resume.

Also, even if a student or firm is not actively seeking opportunities
or is not selected for an interview there are many chances throughout
the conference for networking and ad hoc interviews.
