Candidate would be responsible for the research, recommendation of, construction, trading, re-balancing and maintenance of
investment portfolios.This position will also be responsible for executing market trade orders provided by Advisors as well as following up on new account and transaction paperwork.
Other job functions include, but aren't limited to:
• Research existing and proposed equity portfolios and provide analysis and areas of
improvement
• Accurately execute and follow up on market trade orders
• Create and implement client Investment Strategies
• Compile clients' full financial histories into data management systems
• Create and submit new account paperwork
• Respond to client questions and concerns accordingly
• Compose written communications
• Monitor all client information and update with changes as necessary
Qualified candidates will be team players who are competent, service driven, proactive and can communicate with clients professionally and efficiently. They will have a high degree of anticipation and address issues with a heightened sense of urgency. They will be able to see the big picture as well as handle the details and have thorough expertise in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.
Securities Licensing:
• Series 7
• Series 66 or 63 and 65
