Dear Valued GDMS Users,

We are writing to you today to inform you of an upcoming important update regarding your account security. 

  • Time: Starting from April 7th 2026.
  • Important Account Security Update: Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) will become mandatory for all GDMS accounts.
  • Advantage: MFA adds an extra step (like a code from your email or an app) to your login, making your account much safer from unauthorized access.
  • Suggestion: We highly recommend you enable MFA now so you can get used to it before the mandatory date.


How to Enable MFA

  1. Find the Setting: After logging into GDMS, go to the top right corner, click on your account, and select "User Settings" to enable MFA.
  2. Choose a Method: Select your preferred method from the available options:
    • Email Authentication
    • Authentication App
    • TOTP Hardware Token
    • FIDO Security Key
