Hello, I am new to the whole android / tts area. I have been workign
for over 10 years on software accessibility at Oracle, and now that we
are getting into the area of mobile applications, I need a mobile
device that has a screenreader.

I started doing some searching last night and it sounds like the
android either already has a screenreader, or is very close to having
one.

I would like to add my skills and passion to this project, but just
need to know where to start.

I have an opportunity to get an android phone at a discount over the
next couple of weeks, so if it can be made accessible for me I might
consider getting one.
