Peak oil by 2015?

Maybe people saw reported the study by the UK Industry Taskforce on Peak Oil and Energy Security (ITPOES) concluding that demand is likely to exceed oil supply by 2015, leading to very high prices.  ITPOES consists of a number of major companies, including Virgin, Scottish & Southern Electricty, B&Q, Stagecoach, ARUP and buro Happold.  It is urging the government to take peak oil seriously and push hard for renewables and energy efficiency.
