I would like a cancellation and refund.

First off, why is it so difficult to find out how to cancel this service? Other than directly contacting you and asking like this, I have no idea how I'm supposed to do so. 

Anyway since I got your extension, it worked for about a week, and ever since then it has not worked once, no matter what I did, including following the troubleshooting instructions on the extension's support page. I only use Kindle to read and I've just been getting that same error message every time I try. 

And since I couldn't cancel, it automatically renewed. I would like not only to cancel any future payments, but I want this most recent payment refunded as well as my original payment. 

I might try again in the future if customer responses show that these issue have been resolved. For now this has been a huge disappointment and I'm tempted to leave a bad review.
