Co-counselling – What’s it all about?

Time: 7.30pm to 9. 30 pm
Co-counselling provides a powerful way of learning to deal with life’s difficulties in resourceful ways. We all need to live more sustainably, not just in material ways, but emotionally and psychologically too. The workshop will introduce some of the basic concepts and practices that underpin co-counselling and will inform on opportunities to develop these skills further.
