Can you please post this to the TTS listserv? Thanks.

I hope that you are all well.  Even though it's only January, as educators we're often searching for summer work already.  If you're interested in summer employment that is joyful and soul-restoring, please keep reading!

Aim High is a FREE summer camp for students in urban and traditionally under-served communities around the Bay Area.  There are 20 Aim High sites in the Bay Area and I am a co-site director at the East Oakland site.  We are currently searching for passionate teachers to join our Aim High family this summer. We're hiring all subjects - math, humanities, science, and issues and choices (middle schoolers have issues... and need to make some choices!).  Aim High is a social justice-oriented, project-based, and SEL loving community.  Pay for credentialed teachers starts at $4,000 for the summer (June 19th through July 28th).  If you are interested in applying, you can do so at aimhigh.org.

Please reach out to me directly if you have questions.  If you have friends or colleagues around the Bay Area who are looking for summer work but aren't in Oakland, please feel free to pass this on to them (we have sites throughout the Bay, one in Tahoe/Truckee, and one in Napa).  Additionally, if you know of any youth aged 16 or older who are looking for summer employment, we have internship positions available for high school and college students.
