New to ttpub, can anybody walk me through this?

Good Morning!

I work for a mid-western interline bus company and I was interested in looking into exploiting our GTFS data (almost on google transit!) using ttpub.  Problem is, I'm not too familiar with running programs like these.  Any chance I could get a quick walk-through for the layman?
