Salam Guys..

I had one idea regarding our project ttp ni..

how bout if we make a website tuk jual kucing yang exclusive(rare species nye kucing) like kucing parsi..

target market : is rich people whom love cat and take cat as on of way showing fashion in life.

kire website ni is a place where org2 ni nk cari kucing yang comel2 and mahal2... so it is exclusive untuk org kaya macam idea Aeron Chair( yang bryan ckp)

dari mana nk dpt kucing? initial idea is to find all the kedai yang jual kucing (rare species nye) or maybe people whom wanted to sell kucing boleh contact kite.. that would work also... so macam kite jadi org tgh lah...

and kite boleh broad kan idea ni gak dari kucing to something more wider like sugar glider and the project would be PET LOVER instead...

what you guys think?

2) PET lover

my opinion, kalu wedding, biasanya org nk cantik2.. mmg ada demand sbb semua org kawin.. but kalu kt kampung2 besanya, dorang prefer to tempat yg dah biasa org pergi..or  melalui pengalaman kawan2.. jarang gak nk ccari kt website.. dan dah ada website yg link websites2 wedding tu.. tp nampak  cam serabut gak sbb wedding ni macam2 nk  kena prepare.. bnyak wedding punye kedai jgk yg kite nk kena approach, not in perak je. duit dapat dgn advertise dorg punye website.

kalu pet, better specific to kucing n accecories fashion kucing je.. niche market: hanya utk org kaya sbb kita nk jual exclusive kucing.. demand for kucing pun always ada je.. bcoz ramai yg suka kucing dalam dan luar negara. if nak import, kita leh cari n fokus to 1 or 2  je.. forum sal kucing banyak.. but maybe specific website kurang. dan besa org jual kat dlm forum je kan? camne nk dpt duit from this? kita dpt brape percent from jualan tu ke..or advertise?

yang wedding tu, betul jugak yang roisah ckp... there always be demand.. cume current practice, org suka pegi ke kedai dlu sbb they prefer nk tgok brg tu sendiri..:Like nk beli bunga telur, at least dieorg nmpak bunga telur tu dpn mata...

for the kucing tu, there is market also, and as roisah said, it is more niche and people are so obsessed about having kucing ni lah.. cume i think kite kene clarify more about the business process... and how to get duit is melalui commission...

so , i vote for kucing tu..

Yup, we need her approval first before proceed, but i think it is not a problem if we just submit this idea first as it is a proposal rite. If she reject than we'll discuss with her later.
