Why less churn ?

Hi BIers
Do you have any good methodology to explain the reason for less churn
rate? (Internet, IDTV, Fix phone) I am doing some churn analysis for
telecom market, I see churn rate of this month is 20%
less than previous month, I see this trend in all segments and in all
region. I want to find out what's the main reason for this trend ?
Less agressive maketing action from competitor ? That's someting I can
not see at Datawarehouse.
I want to know if you have some good methodology to find something
from database, based on your experience.

竞争效果不会那么突然的显现出来，按照你的描述，倒是可以考虑是否因为“上个月有
很多协议用户协议到期，且未续约”。
看一下上个月流失客户的协议期。
