Hello Fireball USA,
I hope everyone is sailing somewhere.
I am writing this letter as a similar one was put out by the Canadian Fireball folk.
A few of the western Fireballers in both Canada and the USA are considering going to the Kenya Fireball World Championship in February 2028. One way or another we would have to get boats there. We were wondering if there would be enough interested Fireball owners in North America to make it worth while to pack our own container somewhere in North America. A container can hold 8-10 Fireballs.
Who would be interested in packing their Fireball into a container in November 2027 and sending it to Kenya for the Fireball World Champioship in February of 2028??
Enjoy the phenomenal competition and the spectacle of a Fireball Worlds. Opening ceremonies and dinner, five days of racing, scheduled events, party nights, hoopla, and the awards banquet.
Then take your family on a Safari and climb Kilimanjaro.
The 2026 Torquay Worlds are next month and there will only be one Canadian and three US sailors in the competition.
Who wants to go to Kenya??
Please let me know so we can get enough boats for a container.
Plus,,, if anyone wants to buy a Fireball out of England,,, we are trying to set up the deal. Right now we have 5 boat buyers and could use a few more to fill out a container of Fireballs coming to the Western US.
Please help re-tool the US Fireball fleet by bringing a boat into the country.

Mile High Regatta at the Cherry Creek Reservoir by Denver, Colorado September 12-13.
