Please note that this installation medium is marked as "experimental" and it can only work with MacOS 12 (Monterey) on a computer with a x86_64 CPU. You want to make sure that your configuration matches this specification before continuing.
Generally speaking, for MacOS users, we'd recommend to install TTK from source with these instructions:
https://topology-tool-kit.github.io/installation-osx-sources.html
You can also install Kitware's latest binary of ParaView (
https://www.paraview.org/download), which ships with TTK.

These installation instructions recommend to copy the binary files to `/usr/local` (see the end of Sections 2 and 3). You want to make sure that `/usr/local` is indeed properly set in your path variables.
