When I open ttime_win I get the error:
{לא נמצא נקודת כניסה} לא היתה אפשרות לאתר את נקודת הכניסה
xmlGenericError של ההליך בספריית הקישור הדינאמי libxml2.dll.

What's the problem here?

I'm not sure. Which version of Windows, which version of ttime?

Also, just so you know, Ruby/GTK is exceedingly hard to support on Windows. This is why I'm currently busy with a Java rewrite (java branch in github).

Well, it Works For Me (TM) on Windows 7. I haven't had the chance to run it on Vista.
The version you're running is 0.9.1, by the way (which is tested on Windows XP and Windows 7). The latest version, 0.9.3, is not available for Windows.
I can't really make sense of the error message you're getting. The Hebrew isn't helping (but, this being Windows, I don't even know if it's possible for you to get the error message in English without reinstalling Windows). What I can tell you is that libxml2.dll is a library provided within the ttime Ruby package (ruby-win/lib/GTK/bin/libxml2.dll), and is only used to parse XML data generated by UDonkey. Try deleting any UDonkey-generated XML file. If that doesn't wory, try modifying ttime/data.rb line 168, adding "and false" to the end (which will make it skip the condition).
