Hebrew problem

כשאני מעלה את התוכנה היא עולה באופן אוטומטי באנגלית, ניסיתי להוסיף
--heberew
בסוף הקובץ
ttime_win
כפי המלצת, אבל זה לא עזר. לעומת זאת כששיניתי את ההגדרות של ווינדוס
לעברית במקום אנגלית התוכנה כן עלתה בעברית.
אשמח אם תוכל להסביר לי כיצד אוכל להפעיל את התוכנה בעברית בלי לשנות את
הגדרות הווינדוס.

For some unclear reason, the --hebrew flag is not doing its whole "thing". It's setting the environment variables as required, but they get ignored for some reason. As a workaround, add the following line to ttime_win.bat before the ruby run:

set LANGUAGE=he_IL.UTF-8

I have no idea why this happens, but I think the best fix would be to disable the --hebrew flag altogether and just include two batch files - a normal one, and one for running in hebrew (which would set the environment right from the batch files).
