after extraction- how to install??
i just dont get it..

maybe a manual is needed?

i run the bat, and it just stays there...

It might take a while. Which version did you download, and which version of Windows are you running?

i left it on and went for a shower.
it worked fine after that...
idk why its so slow for me

Well, ttime was designed and optimized for Linux, it is indeed slower on Windows, and I've seen it take up to 20 seconds to load, on very slow computers... I really don't know why it's so slow on your computer. You can try editing the .bat file and adding a "-v" flag, changing the last line from:
ruby-win\bin\ruby bin\ttime --win32-hack
to
ruby-win\bin\ruby -v bin\ttime --win32-hack

Maybe you'll get some helpful output
