We have CCC! Just need to work out their schedule. The catch for them
is that June 5th is National Trails Day and the felt they needed to be
part of our event.

I picked up:
Small paper cups for trail mix and such.
Roll of double tix.

I'm coming up for air briefly before June when my crunch month begins.
Thought I'd check in - Is there time to add an auction item? I plan to
donate a zoo membership package (family membership and a plush
probably), assuming you'd like this before the event day, who can I
deliver that to and by when? I may be able to lend a hand for part of
the event itself, and possibly my partner Daniel. Let me know when and
where you most need help.

Hi Gretchen
That's a great donation, thank you. I'm pulling together all the
auction items at my studio in Arcata, and the sooner the better since
I'm planning to photograph items and post them on Facebook.
My studio is at 820 "N" St., Suite A. It's on the corner of 9th and N
St. If you don't come to Arcata much then I think Mike might be able
to get them from you, or something like that. My number is 845-2315
if you have questions. Tara is coordinating the volunteers so I'll
let her respond about that. There are definitely openings for board
members!

Hi Tara. I just found out my daughter Emilly Wood will be arriving early from college this week, and she would like to volunteer. She is not yet 21 so no alcohol.

But we will be there by 4:30, so please plug her in where you wish.

Hi Nancy.

Emilly just arrived, and she says she is up for helping with food prep tomorrow, "whatever is needed" according to her. I looked at the Excel spread, and see that it starts at noon.

So unless I hear differently we will arrive at noon or soon thereafter.

Thanks, Michael. But the pre-event food prepping is Friday, not
Thursday. Don't scare me!
ANd we are still nailing down where and when. Hard to find a kitchen
available in the afternoon. Might work at the Bayside Grange, if we're
out by 3pm.. which causes problems for shopping in the morning. But it
might be enough time, especially if we get started early Saturday
morning.

I just talked to Tara. I will coordinate the food preppers on Friday &
Sat. since it's a moving target and I have everyone's contact info.
