Hi Mike. Enclosed is a benefit sheet I worked up decades ago, that you can use as kind of a checklist.
I will need to start about 4:30.
Do you have insurance for the hall and the ABC license?
Here is what I recommend:
1. Get 4-5 kegs donated. You probably will not need that many, but it is a bummer to run out of beer when folks are clamoring to give you $$$ for more. The fewer breweries the better, less running around. Depending upon what you come up with, I can do the pickups on beer. I would prefer to pick them up the day of the event so I can take them straight to the hall.
2. Get a few beer tubs to keep kegs cold while waiting to be tapped. Get two more for cold drinks.
3. Redwood Alliance will supply beer cups.
4. Get a jockey-box & CO2 setup for dispensing the beer. Needs to be a two-tap box.
5. Get five fifty-lb. bags of ice, six if you are serving cold drinks too.
6. If you are having wine, get clear cups from Cash & Carry. Please use compostable: more expensive but the right thing to do.

Thanks for the offer Michael. That would be great. Wallace & Hinz are
bringing one of their bars for the evening. We can discuss later about
time... we open at 6:30 so??
