Hi everyone...I have a problem!  I've arranged with Sun Valley to get flowers donated for the serving tables (and wherever), but the only time they can be picked up is between 10am and 3pm Monday through Friday in Arcata.  That is impossible for me as I'm in Willow Creek teaching school.  They do not do donations out of Willow Creek.  Can anyone pick up the flowers on Friday??????? HELP!  3160 Upper Bay Rd- ask the gate guard where to go.  The flowers will be bunched...may need a 5 gal. bucket or something to carry them in.  I have that and other buckets, just can't be there!

We can talk tonight, but you were borrowing wine glasses from NEC, right? How many are there? My same girlfriend is offering 100 wine glasses also. 

My friend Charlotte Hayes has volunteered to be a roving waitress for the whole dinner time. SHe is looking for someone else to help her- will know later.

the NEC has at least 100, but I'm not exactly sure of the count.  I will pick them up tomorrow, I think between the NECs and your friend, we'll have plenty.
