Everyone has done a terrific job soliciting donors and sponsors.
Today is the cut-off. What we have as of now is what we will have for
the event. If something pops up later all the better but let's put a
hold on the effort to have more. We already have an awesome list to
put on the poster.
A big thank you to all for your efforts... especially Nancy.
Let's move on to volunteers and making this thing happen!

ugh. I wanted more on the poster, but I have had a surreal amount of
trouble getting the time to do more. But you are right. And people
will come forward with more donations, I am sure. We'll have plenty by
June 5. It's cool how everyone worked together to get as much as we
did. Thanks to all of you.

to TTHB Summer Kick-Off Event
I just had an idea for promoting our silent auction and drawing. I can
take photos of items and post them to the Facebook page. Then everyone
can share them and generate some attention and excitement. What do you
think?
I WILL post an up-to-date list soon. Donations are coming in, and the
closer we get to the event, the more people will want to donate,
without much more effort on our part.

The Eureka Natural Foods meeting is tomorrow, Friday, at 2pm. Anyone
can join us if they desire. It's me, Brett and Rick.
Brett, Ingrid and I met Tuesday night at Mar River Brewery and honed
our menu, presentation plans and sourcing of goodies. And drank beer...
We felt good about the meeting. :-)
The posters were supposedly dropped off at my house earlier this
evening but I'm not home yet. I'll bring them to my studio in the
morning. 820 "N" St., at the corner of 9th and N Street, Arcata.

The posters and tickets are AWESOME!!!!!!!! The are really bright and
legible, interesting and everything a poster should be. Good job,
Mike! I will bring them to Arcata in the morning, then with me to ENF
at 2pm. Shall I leave them there to be picked up? I will keep some of
each to sell/put up myself. We should all try and pre-sell tickets, eh?

This is a long shot, but is the CCC (or anyone else) looking for
meaningful projects to do for the community? Jack at the Grange said
he had "4 lockable bike peds in the parking lot that we wish
to move on the property line between us and Mistwood. Just have not
had the labor to do it. Should take 2 hours."
It would be wonderful if the TT could help make that happen.
