 It is with regret and apologies that I have to let you know that the event “Keep Warm and Save Money” planned for Saturday November 17^th at Deal Town Hall has had to be cancelled.  

Sadly many installers of insulation were unable/unwilling to take part, and we had no representatives from the wall, floor and roof sectors. Naturally this defeated the object of the whole event. There's a likelihood that their absence is due to the free insulation grant coming to an end, meaning they are busy getting the last-minute installations organised.   Many participants failed to confirm their bookings; in addition bodies such as Energy Saving Trust and British Gas claimed lack of resources to support such events.
