I'm working on some of the issues, like heat and the cost of
materials. Running a multicell lowers the heat per cell, and I have
discovered that I can put the terminal lugs at the BOTTOM of a cell,
and by keeping them underwater, prevent burning. The "brown crap" in
the cell that I was running at 15 amps as a test, came from
overheating the tig wire at the terminal lug.

It appears that 2 cells is enough to lower the heat, when run in
series, provided the terminal lugs are underwater. This weekend I will
test several designs with my new quart bottle alternate fuel source
for actual MPG on a standard test loop.

Two cells and a bubbler strapped together in a triangular arrangement
is easy to locate and handle, too.

Wayneth;

here's what causes the brown sludge and a solution. Keep up the good
work.
