Not sure about which check valve to order on US Plastics. Also I got a
tape to seal the jar that is a silicone rubber tape. Is it the right
rubber tape recommended to seal the jars. When I start to build the
six pack what thickness and grade of stainless do you recommend. What
would be the best thickness of the plexiglass. There is an acid and
differant type of glues that I have used in my RC cars and planes on
plexiglass are any of these recommended or should we just use the
Plumpers Goop to build the six pack. I really like it's design and
action a lot better than the jar.

Let's start with the check valve:
You want the 3/8" Kynar® Liquid/Gas Check Valve.

Next the tape:
Any tape that is non-porous and will seal without shrinking. The
problem we had with electric tape is when it got hot, it slipped down
on the jar. That is why we sealed with it and put a rubber tape around
it too stop the slip.

The stainless steel:
We recommend the 316l for best results. If you can not afford that,
then use the 302.

Plexiglas:
Minimum of a 1/4"

Glue:
We have tried many types and there are alot of good products out
there. We recommend a super glue to adhere the pieces and then seal
with the amazing goop.

I hope this helps. Sounds like you are headed in the right direction.
Good luck!
