Hi, Friends,

I'd first like to extend my thanks and appreciation to the fine folks
at TTC and especially to John Mehan for the HOD class. Getting this
technology to the common man is critical in todays "crisis" of high
fuel prices. IMHO.

To introduce myself to the group: I am a veteran Auto Tech, with too
many certifications to mention, of about 35 years. I have worked with
high mileage devices in the past, including the Pogue carburetor and
the Covey vaporizer, both put to rest by the reformulation of gasoline
some 25+ years ago. I am foremost a driveability tech, so I COMPLETELY
understand the control problems associated with producing large
volumes of HHO and introducing them to an engine set up to burn
gasoline. If possible, maybe I can help answer some questions based on
life experience in this field, or help engineer some fixes.

Lastly, I'd like to encourage anyone who will to EXPERIMENT, or at
least stay on top of what others do. This field is FAR from a decisive
"this is it" answer. For example, although the generator taught in
class is a great and simple design, I am SURE it can be improved on,
and possibly simplified in the same redesign. John made it clear that
there are ALL KINDS of other designs and modifications, but the one
being taught is a GREAT introduction, and definitely a workable,
simple model. Later tonight or tomorrow I will post a pic of a
modified design with improvements in plate area and proximity, which
should increase efficiency and gas volume, while maintaining ease of
construction.

Good to be here!

Wayne

I am all about experimenting. As a fact I have a shelf of shame where
I put my not-so-goods. I have posted a message about my mini-booster
that really kicks butt. I'm thinking of gluing in a filler plug to
replenish the electrolyte and either goop the lid on tight ot seal it
with clear silicone. As always I am trying to get it "right".

I read your article about the 12 plate smack.
It sounds good.
That is a great producing unit.

To seal the lid, plastic tape around the lid and rubber tape over the
plactic tape.
It won't come loose and produces a good seal.

No need to add a filler port, just replenish through the barb with a
small funnel.

If you do another unit, place in parallel and reduce the lye in both
for approximately 7 amps per cell and 14 amps overall.
You will see this to be the best producing unit around and I am sure
you will enjoy a large gain.

Keep us posted on your efforts and gains.
