A guy I work with locked up his motor shortly after running his HOD.
He was using baking soda for his catalyst. I never seen the set up to
know how it differed from what we learned in class. Anyone else heard
any stories like this?

I don't think that the HOD had anything to do with his motor locking
up unless he got a lot of water in his motor. That is why i put mine
in the air flow just before the butterfly. We don't use baking soda
because it will stop up your hoses. Keep saving money on gas and
helping everyone clean the air we breath.
