Local Food is happening!

Transition Town Brixton, Loughborough Junction Action Group and the Loughborough Farm present a

Local Food Event 

Monday 9 September, 6-9pm, Loughborough Centre, 105 Angell Road, (junction of Barrington Road), SW9 7PD.

(this is TTB’s regular monthly Shared Space Open Evening)

Visit: the Loughborough Farm on Loughborough Road (opposite Wyck Gardens) 6-7pm to see the new growing space.
Make: help make the Loughborough Farm banner
Eat: food that people have brought to share
Learn: information on local food projects, food waste, composting, invisible food and more

  • short films: Ron Finley, South LA guerrilla gardener and ‘Food’ from the film Economics of Happiness
  • presentations from Loughborough Farm, TTB REconomy Project localising food report, Crystal Palace Transition Town, Myatt’s Field, Brixton Edge, and lots of other local food projects.
