TreeTagger for Java 1.2.0 released under Apache License 2.0

Dear users,

TreeTagger for Java 1.2.0 has just been released.

The only substantial change in this release is the change
of the license from LGPL to the more liberal Apache License
version 2.0.

Please mind that TreeTagger itself remains under its proprietary
license and that you have to obtain special permission from its
author in order to use it in non-research contexts.
