2017 Season Welcome

Welcome New England Teams to the 2017 season!  We hope that everyone had a good summer and off-season and are ready for this year's challenges Creature Craze, Animal Allies, Velocity Vortex and FIRST STEAMworks.

To get the season started we thought we would tell you some of the things that are happening around New England.  Thanks to our fellow program partners, New England now has over 1,500 teams across all programs and more than 15,000 young people participating in a FIRST program.  All of this is made possible through the generous support of our sponsors and the more than 3,000 volunteers that support teams and events.  Thank you!!

NE FIRST will continue to work hard at trying to grow and support teams but also to launch new efforts such as getting FIRST adopted in more school systems around the region, and growing our mentorship base with  "generation to generation" an initiative funded by the Argosy Foundation to enhance the technical literacy of seniors and train them to become FIRST mentors.
In addition we have launched a new website . Please take a look at it and if you have any suggestions for us please let us know via email at SMe...@nefirst.org! Continue to follow us and stay connected via Twitter,Facebook and Instagram for updates on what's going on in FIRST and New England!
Once again welcome back, we look forward to a great season!
