With tsWebEditor 20060920 I get "The window does not have scroll
bars." application error on startup. It appears only for a second.
After that the app minimizes itself to task bar and doesn't respond.
To open the editor i must first end the current instance in task
manager then right-click a php file and select Open With->tsWebEditor.
